Our ancestors knew storytelling, visualization, and spatial memory could be leveraged to retain colossal amounts of information— and we know how to create proven, science-backed coaching programs to train those abilities.
All coaching begins by equipping the client with a comprehensive suite of memory tools and skills. This coaching stage is The Foundations Program and typically lasts for 4 weeks, with weekly meetings and daily brain exercises. As the client becomes comfortable with the skills in Foundations, the coaching experience focuses on leveraging these heightened memory abilities to achieve the client's goal (learning a language, becoming a doctor, upgrading their memory for daily life and productivity, etc.).

Have you ever listened to a seminar and felt informed, only to fail to apply the information? The truth is that gaining knowledge is only one of three pillars of proper coaching, and you need all pillars to experience real results.
The three pillars are knowledge acquisition, skill development, and habit formation. Knowledge is a starting point from which to build proficient skills, and your coach must guide you through the leap from theory to application. Finally, habit formation is the process of making those skills automatic and enduring in the long term. Neglect any side of the coaching triangle and the value of the training drops precipitously.
OUR APPROACH
Knowledge is developed through weekly coaching calls and regular readings sent to your inbox.
Habits are developed daily by short, focussed brain exercises. Our clients prefer to train consistently for 15 minutes a day over longer, inconsistent bursts. The short sessions are high yield and develop the routine of training.
Skills are developed through the brain exercises and unlimited access to coaches to answer questions or provide feedback.
Coaching calls are once per week over Zoom (or in person, depending on location) for an hour. Brain exercises are sent to your inbox every day and require 15 to 25 minutes to complete. About 20% of the brain exercises are for reading and reflection and the other 80% are for skill development.
All coaching calls and materials are tailored extensively for the specific client, especially after the first few sessions.
